Just wanted to post up and say THANKS to everyone that made it out to the event. It was cold (to us warm weather people anyway) and windy and wet at times, but great to see everyone. The courses were of course brutal as always, but it all worked out well. BIG thanks to Dean, Dustin, Lance, Brandon, Steve, Dave, Dellanoosh for judging and videography. You guys made the event happen. A special thanks to Ryan Gerrish from ORCRC coming down solely to compete in our competition . He has some mad driving skills and his control of his rig is great to watch. He also entertained us with his submarine driving which we have some great footage of. Thanks Ryan. I will have scores and pics up soon, but I have to head off to a party right now. I think the top spots looked like this: 1st - 45 points - SlinkySam (go TINY ) 2nd - 48 points - Brandon 3rd - 50 points - Lance 3rd - 50 points - Daniel 3rd - 50 points - Dustin 6th - 54 points - Dean -Sam Last edited by SlinkySam; 01-20-2008 at 08:17 PM. |

That comp was ok, the courses were a little bit easy for my taste and the terrain was sub par. The trail ride was very fun though. Jumping shit with the new Tuckler was a blast. It was nice seeing Ryan again. It's always fun to watch those water logged fellers from the north run. |

Badger you must have been wearing your invisible suit again, I didn't see you at all. It was a great comp, though a bit brisk. Ryan, it was nice to meet you finally. Your rig & driving were amazing. Mugsy had his best comp to date. No mechanicals and finsihed 2 courses. I tihnk my score was 92 if I remember right. My camera had a dead battery so I got nuttin for pics. Great event as usual. I call bullshit on Sam getting 1st, how can such an awesome looking rig work so well. Sam lets switch rigs next comp. |

Well,,,, I handed DJ the camera after he was done competing and here are a few pics he took. Not too bad since he doesn't use a camera much and has never taken pics of crawlers.
