The motor shouldn't get hot because of a faulty ESC, but it won't hurt anything to swap it out and see if that helps.

There has to be something binding in your drive line. Pull your pinion and roll your truck around. My scale rig weighs 9lbs, and will run for 45min. Up hills, down hills, through deep mud.

Motor is out and it free rolls. I was getting some drag from the rear axle, but that was due to a trashed bearing. I'll post some detailed pictures tonite of how everything is mounted, wired, etc. |

Did you disconnect the dig and run it, i think if your end points on that servo are not set right, that would drain your bat. just a thought. |
