| Antenna wire broke off:(
Man this really suks. My antenna wire on my TQ3 Rx just broke in two. When I took my body off it cought the antenna tube and it came out along with the wire. There's only about 1 1/2 inches of wire sticking out of the reciever. I guess the wire must have gotten pinched the last time I put the Rx in the Rx box. I havent had the chance to run it with the short wire to see what kind of range I have. Can I just wire it back together and it work alright? Thanks.

Just solder it back together. Yes, if you shorten it your range will be less. Reciever antennas work better the longer they are. |
