Ya lost me with that. Simmaler performance to what in brushed? The 7 turn is the basic 05 direct drive plane motor. It would bolt right in where any other 540 would go except way better performance. The 05 costs 99.00 a piece. Unfortunatly they dont make the puller anymore wich is a 10 turn.

similar performance to your pullers, sorry.

the cobalt 15 is a 10 turn, but the shaft size is 3/16th and the can is unsealed.

I'm starting to REALLY like the sounds of these motors. $100 a pop is alot but if they truely pull I may get a couple.

RC JEDI,could you do a simple test?

Hook up a 55t or any common motor and then try one of these. Hook to umm.....maybe an 8" block on the shop floor or something and see which pulls better. Make it a GOOD test, nothing like which one will pull my kitty cat sitting on my skateboard, something that will truely see what the capability of these pullmasters are. If the common motor you use won't pull, lighten the load till it does. If the pullmaster pulls, increase the load till it won't. You see what I'm saying? Having numbers and such to go by is great and all but having a physical test is what I'd like to see.

Also, see what difference you get with run times, same truck, same everything, just swap out motors. Runtime is another huge factor for me.

I want infinite runtimes with enough torque to pull 2 12" blocks up my very steep gravel driveway

Raptor man,

LOL that would be a good test but.......... these pulmasters were desighned for truck pulling comp and untuchable in pulling. They will kill a clod axle and gears before stopping and or just spin the tires if not weighted down. I remeber the pullers back in the day had to usually get the hardened steel clod gear set when pulling weight. There was even an artical in an old rc car action where the guy put a pair of these motors in his clod with hardened steel gears and alot of weight and pulled his "full size jeep" in nutral. Cant remember how far though. Maybee not to good for the kitty cat on the skate board.

ill bet your pullers are 1500 rpm/volt. As for the MPI motors, you get what you pay for. Im trying to find how many poles they are.

Well see, thats the problem, they are using Clod axles. Use something thats got at least a shade of strength to it

I don't want to turn this into an axle debate. I know Clod axles have their place in the dust busters and such

Until my in laws puppy chewed my housings all to crap I was running Twin Force axles. From the abuse I gave them,I KNOW they are up for the task. I'll be running X Factor axles temp. till I get me some new housings made up for my Twin diffs. I know the X Factor axle are also a very strong set up as well.

Heck,I'd probly run Nylint diffs before I'd run Clod diffs

thats actually why i sold my clod axles. they are too fragile for me, especially after using twin axles.

Good find !

I was on the Integy site last week, and I did not see them.

I think other companies will have a hard time matching the $19.99 price

Got a pair of 35's heading my way!

RC Jedi, have you had time to test these motors? Or were you going to? I've got the cash to buy a couple but would like to see a test before I buy.

Thanks

I have not got a chance to test these cause of things goin on. But I will soon and then Ill write up a full report for ya. I do know from past expierience though that these motors have a ton of torque and last a long time on a charge. Id say they definatly would be ideal for crawling with a gear reduction cause they will spin some rpms. but anyhow I will say that if you do get them its definatly not a waste of money cause they are very high quality motors and hold theyre value unlike other rc electronics.
