I was looking at the Airtronics MX-Sport 2.4 and was wondering if this radio would be ok for a cralwer? It says its a 3 channel radio so I should be able to use if for a future Losi Comp Crawler w/dig, right? Sorry for the dumb question, still learning. JIGS |

I've never used the Airtronics one but I have the Ko-Propo ex that I picked up at RPP hobby, a vendor here. It has a 5 postion third channel, so the future Losi would be no problem, comes with a second Rx, and is 2.4ghz. All this for $189, not to shabby.

I don't think the mc sport radio has a 3 position 3rd channel switch. I would get the futaba 3pmx or the ko 5ur. The first has a fold Down antennae and set up for rechargible batt. The ko has 2 receivers. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out which o e I want. Meanwhile I am solder a 3 position switch with EPA pots to my old tq3. Search fritobandito tq3 to find the tread on this. |
