| Ok, since the Magnetic Mayhem.....
seem to be so hard to get ahold of now, would a 35t lathe be a good alternative? I already have my GD600, and just finished turning down the shaft. I would like some good wheel speed, but also great torque. Any and all comments welcome. Thanks, Chad |

I had good luck with a Trinity stock motor on a 2.5 to 1 reduction. What trans are you using?

The motors I just got shipped in are on sale right now. They will need a rewind for 6 cell use, but they are 550 can and give more torque compared to 540 motors. You could rewind for GD use or keep it slower for normal gearing. clicky if you are interested Otherwise I would think the 35 turn lathe motor would be pretty good geared down. What axles are you pushing? |

Thanks for the offer, but when it comes to motors I am at a loss. Other than the basics. I am in the process of building my tuber, and will be using my t-maxx axles fully revo converted (minus the diff). | |
