Maybe when I get some extra cash (yeah right theres never enough) I would buy one to see if I could do it. I really want a 4pl, but this would be perfect for my sons creeper with dig. I haven't put dig on it yet because he only has a 2ch radio. Would this work with the older traxxas FM 2 channel tx? I think this is great for people who like to make their own stuff, and those that want to have a very capable radio but can't justify spending big bucks. I hope you do well with this, it's a great idea and very decent prices. I wish I had the smarticles to come up with a kit like this.

Hey guys I'm going to do a tally on price list. But if you would be interested on buying(pre-order) a basic kit for around 70-80. Shoot me a pm and i will add you on a list, once that list is big enough to meet my bulk order prices (should be 5-10 i have to double check) I will go ahead and collect money and get everything ordered, then while the stuff is shipping to you i will go ahead and build one to make a diy guide.

Only thing you would need is the tools (solder iron, wire strippers, hobby knife, drill, abs cement, etc.) and the donor radio housing (i will be basing my instructions off the TQ)

Also let me know if you want any of the additional mods, 4ws and/or dual esc. The pda mod is still just a theory, i have yet to test it but i know it works since others have done it to the original stick radio.
