I just received a gt3b and am waiting on my hack kit from overkillrc(losikid). I am switching from a dx3e which seems very limited as far as features and no model memory. The gt3b when hacked has just about every feature as the high end radios and has a great feel for a "cheap" radio. Another plus is the rx's are dirt cheap compared to a higher end radios. For the price, I am very happy with what I bought. I now have a gt3b, hack kit, voltage regulator, bearing mod, and two rx's for around $100.

Quality is cheap, it was cheaply assembled, cheap components, cheap design, cheap molding/plastic. BUT its not horrible, and at $35 it can't be beat. After prolonged use the st wheel would get real sloppy, but the bearing mod fixes that. It does feel abit cheap compared to a high end radio, But your also looking at $35 dollar radio vs a $250+ radio...and the features of the new firmware will not limit what you want todo with a crawler....its a great radio if your a weekend basher and casual comper...

You can get a hack kit or buy a pre-hacked gt3b at www.overkillrc.com

the extra rx's are linked on this thread afew posts above...hobbypartz sells 3ch, 6ch, and 8ch flysky rx's...you have to look in the planes/heli section though to get the 6ch and 8ch rx's

GT3 or GT3B?

Two different radios, like saying 4pk and 4pl.
