|  novak 18.5 vs novak 18.5 ballistic
Hi I just wanted to know if there is a diffrence between the novak 18.5 crawler motor and the 18.5 ballistic motor I know one has more KV than the other but i don't know what that means any help will be appreciated thanks

when they are both stock the ballistic crawler has novak's 14mm high torque rotor which slows the motor down but does add some torque which really imo isnt needed. and the kv means rpm per 1volt so a 1000kv motor on 8v will go 8000rpm and so on.

From what I understand there are also differences in the timing boards on the crawler motors. I dont know if it makes a difference though unless youre running a Goat ESC

Also the silver motor the sensor harness is not replaceable nor is the stator.
