Quick mod for a CC BEC

What I did to make my BEC a little more compact.

Cut the shrink wrap off and you have something like this,

I shortened the RX wires before the pic

Remove the brown plastic piece on top, just pull it straight off.


Get some micro deans, I like polarized deans and only had regular so I pulled a pin from each half and swapped them to make polarized deans


Solder some leads to one side and cut the grip tabs off the sides, I only cut one off at first but later had to cut the second one off


Using adhesive of your choice glue the micro deans to the BEC. I used clear RTV silicone



After your adhesive dries solder your leads to the BEC and slide some heat shrink over the entire BEC



Then glue it on where ever you want it mounted at
