Default DX3C steering tension

How can I adjust the steering tension on my Spektrum DX3C? It says its adjustable but I don't see how.
I've found in a forum where they says its the screw in the hole near the trigger, is that right?

Check to make sure your "pad" on your steering wheel is not rubbing on the tx main body. Mine used to do this on my dx3e till I glued it in place.
