What brushless system should I run in my wraith for crawling and have some wheel spin when I need it that will not cost an ARM and a leg. My wraith is pretty much stock I have a few thing to beef it up but want more go go |

go take a look in the wraith section. look in the choosing a motor and esc thread and there will be more than enough info in there to help you decide on a good system.

Not cheap but worth every penny imo is Tekin pro4 3300kv esc Mamba max pro or an rx-8 Not gonna save you any money but you will never think about needing anymore power or crawlability!!! |

Not to sure about the Hobbywing V3 esc as I have never used it but checked the specs and seems like it should work but don't quote me on that. No mods needed to make it fit just need the right 5mm pinnion for the motor. As far as mods to your wraith several will be needed to the drivetrain to withstand the new found power!!! As far as battery 3s gens ace. Seems to work well but if I'm on the throttle all the time it gets warm. Check Harley's Wraith Beginners Guide and Choosing a motor and ESC for your Wraith - Gearing Added! both those threads should anwser pretty much all your quesions. |
