Default how much damage will be done?

how much internal damage will i do if i dropped a 5700kv in to a basicly stock honcho? the only thing that is upgraded is i have a solid out put gear in the trans.

As long as your not too crazy with the trigger, nothing. I ran my 4 pole 4600kv casle inmy dingo for a few weeks and my transmission is still good as new.

Depending on your ESC make sure to set the start power to reduce shock on the drivetrain. I'll be running the Castle 1410 3800kv 4 pole in my Wraith, but only for beach and sand runs with low traction.

You will likely be breaking knuckles, c-hubs, and stock drive shafts left and right. Be prepared to upgrade quite a bit.
