Default hitec servo glitching and a servo horn question

i have a 645mg. to put in my pretty stock dingo.. guy at the hobby store sold me 2 horns one with 23 and 25. both dont fit.. so im guessing a 24?

second question my dingo. has a stock esc. i plug in the 645 seems to work fine.. i plug in the 7950th i bought off a friend all it does is glitch.. its new.. could i need a bec maybe? thanks

This should help out.... Servo spline count.....what to use where...

As to the 7950 glitch, an external BEC may help. I'm assuming all you did was plug the servo into the ESC?

for the twichting it needs a BEC, had the same issue recently with one of my rigs.

ServoCity lists the 645 as an analog servo, and the 7950 as a digital servo. Word is, digital servos aren't supposed to be used with AM radios. You're not still running a 27 or 75 mHz radio, are you?

I have never had a problem with a digital servo with any of my old am radios. When I first put my old losi cc together it had a digital hitec 7955 and a Traxxas am tq3 with no servo glitching at all. Tmk running digital servos on analog radio systems they just aren't as precise, the main issue is a bec is needed for a 7950
