Default Need help figuring this out

Axial AE2 ESC no response from the radio. It gets power, servo is OK but when I blip the throttle on the radio nothing happens. I do however see lights flash on the ESC

Fresh batteries are on.

Calibrate the ESC to the Radio, I assume that it is not initializing properly because the signal is out of range.

Does it beep when you turn it on?
