|  sensorless motor with a goat 3s
had a question regarding the goat 3s can i run a sensorless motor with this esc?

I do not have one, but my understanding is that all Novak brushless ESCs require a sensored motor, but I could be wrong.

I don't think you can, I'm 100% positive it won't have crawler functions (drag brake and instant reverse).

Here it is right from manual..the answer?...NO! NOVAK BRUSHLESS MOTORS ONLY The Goat 3S is designed for use with sensor-based Novak Crawler Brushless Motors. You may replace with Novak sensored motors down to 13.5T (2S) & 18.5T (3S). In Brush Mode, you may use brushed motors down to 27T (2S) & 33T (3S). |
