Looks good. I know the weight weenies would be against it, but has anyone tried to put exactly what you have pictured in epoxy? It might add some weight, but really should add to the water/dirt proofing.

6 coats of conformal coating and the esc's are safe. Hit with some compressed air and they clean right up.

The biggest battle I have is keeping the esc wires soldered to the board. I've had 3 now come undone. I tried hot glue but it didn't want to hold. Going to try epoxy next.
