Default Chargers: hitec x4 eighty multi charger, problem with default settings

Hi,

i have this charger.

I have a problem,... i can't change, or i don't know how to do (i read all the instructions but... nothing....) the various battery's techs.

For example ... the lipo cutoff is setted at 3.0 ... i want 3.2, but i can't change this, then when i do a discharge the battery is near over discharged.

Another thing ... when i want to store a battery, the battery is finished at 30% of their mah, not at 60% ...

I can't change anything !!

Someone can help me please??

I contact in the past days the hitec customer service, i'm waiting a response
