Unhappy Spektrum dx3s and sr3300t

I just got this set up for my dingo which runs a mamba max pro esc 27 turn axial motor and 2s 5000 40c lipo. But my issue is that upon setup I found my car was getting intermittent power surges where the car would lose its motor power and then it would return again and then after about 20 feet I would get another break in power... What is causing this what can I do?

If you calibrated the ESC to the RX, what setting do you have for:

Pack LVC
ABS on or off?

What steering servo, and is it on an external BEC (if it's over ~200inoz.)

Listen to Charlie, He's an electronics wizard. I'll just add, although he was alluding to it, that it may be possible to draw current away from your receiver and lose signal. It's called browning out the receiver.

If you don't have a BEC and the servo is power hungry, it's a total jerk and won't share nice with the receiver. The receiver is all, whaaa? and the truck is like, psssh, which way am I supposed to go?

What is LVC? and I do not know if ABS is on I do not believe it is. Servo is plugged directly into sr3300. The servo is a JR Racing Z9000t (300 oz).
