Yes, it can be done, but it won't last long. You will be below the minimum turn limit of the ESC.

The FXR can only run 3s with a 35t and up motor. Anything less has to be 2s.

Hmm.. 4s cap might help it last longer? I run a 16t crawlmaster on 4s in my scx without issue. I ran a 17t torque master in my wraith with a mix of 3s(worked Awesome!) An 4s(till it blew the end bell off the motor)!!!! A friend has always, since 2008-9, ran a single fxr with 35t's on 3s.. Besides that, how much diff is a 16t(32t) crawlmaster then a 35t torque master? Not much... Go for it! |

You don't have a better use for them? Like a scaler and or sporty? Lol.. Why not a XR? They are super smooth motors! Last edited by winnerone23; 08-14-2013 at 12:34 PM. |

From a wattage prospective, two 16t 5 segments are on par with two 35t 3 segment arms. Higher amp draw, but the output is about the same power wise. Later EddieO |

| That I did Charlie.. with the absolute reliability of a tekin esc and the abuse I have personally put mine thru(I'm mean really Charlie, its not like you haven't seen me crawl, scale, or wraith the hell out of my rigs before).. I still say no problem...
