Default Mutliple BEC's ???

I notice that my builds are getting more and more indepth scale wise and power consumption wise. I understand using a BEC for 1 servo, I choose to bypass the RX and wire the servo directly...

My situation is thus;
Running 2s and 3s
MMP
4PLS
3Racing Winch needs 7.4v
Gearhead sixshooter and 5" LED array needs 6.0v
Tactic Servos front and rear steering each needs 7.4v
Axial NightVision LED system needs 6.0v

I am thinking that;
Run Axial NightVision system and Gearhead sixshooter and 5" LED array on Y-cabled 6.0v off recceiver using MMP BEC at 6.0v
Run 3Racing Winch off 7.4v from BEC 1
Run Front Servo off 7.4v from BEC 2
Run Rear Servo off 7.4v from BEC 3

MY QUESTIONS

1) Will this work or do I need to run a 4th BEC to receiver to run the 6.0v Axial nightvision system and the gearhead LED arrays?

2) Can I wire all BEC's off of the same + and - connection points at the battery plug on the ESC side?

Thank you,
Jason

Why not just run one of the 20A BEC's for the two servos ad the winch?

You can run multiple BEC's but the CC BEC Pro would be a better choice with everything you're listing.

Does the gear head stuff need 6.0V? The Axial NVS is OK up to 9.0V.

I thought about the 20A however I am running out of room...
I am placing the MMP under the hood with the battery. All other electronics are mounting in the rear Da Tray with Da Tray Cover. I am going to have the rx antenna tacked to the underside of the rear Da Tray Cover so I have some range.

However if I am thinking correctly, which I may not be, COULD I run both Tactic TSX65 HD servos and the winch from the 20A BEC and run the NightVision and GearHead lighting off of the MMP internal BEC at 6.0V OR one of the 10A BEC's?

Also, if I do end up with BOTH the 20A BEC and a 10A BEC can I connect them to the same + and - points at the battery plug on the ESC side?

Thank you,
Jason

Run the servos and winch off the 20A. Run the lights and other stuff off the 10A let the MMP bec run the rx.

The MMP built in BEC is pretty crap. It will brown out the Rx easily.

If space is concern, I will run 2 BEC one for each servo and the winch to the rear steer servo (I guess you will seldom use rear steer and winching at the same time). But a single BEC PRO will be your best choice if it fit.

Thank you all for the info, last question...
Can I hook up both BEC's + and - at the battery plug on the ESC side at the same point?
Thank you,
Jason

Correct me if I'm wrong, but afaik the MMP internal BEC supports 3 ampere continuous current draw, and afaik most RX's draw something around the 10-50mA range...
Which means the MMP internal BEC shouldn't have any problem powering an RX (or 20 RX's even) as long as it's not powering anything else that draws a lot of amps like a servo or a sound-unit.

Run the lights off rx....
10 amp bec to each steering servo. Hook up to same + and - but don't do at end of wires, do your self a favor and come back about an inch and remove 1/8 of the wire coating all the way around, slip the bec leads in through the wires to the esc and solder them up, then cover in shrink wrap. Keeps wires from getting too bunched up on the end of the deans.

As for the 3 racing winch..... I don't use one, I have a kms k3 I run with heyok 4amp controller straight off my 3s on 12 volt.

I run all of that on my rig and zero issues, and not clustered.

Also have never had luck with the cc 20 amp bec. Always had a failure from it, but that's me
