Haven't been able to take it out trailing yet buy it does seem nice and smooth if setup right . Just make sure u have the sensor wire in good, make sure its geared low enough, and make sure you have enough voltage in your receiver(I had glitching when I had just my mmp esc plugged into my receiver but I'm running a hv hitec servo and a heyok 4a winch controller with a rc4wd in the rear and a kms 220oz winch up front and as soon as I put my bec in the cogging when away) Also by the way even though the box say 2s it can run 3s. That's what I'm running and a couple other people are running 3s also. Check out winnerone23 build wanting a winner xj build he is running it on 3s in his Cherokee and he has a link on his thread showing how the motor runs

Also I would suggest switching to 32p gears and some people running this motor shred 48p spur gears I haven't gone to pick up my 32p gears that I ordered from my lhs yet
