Ok so I have this in a car I started making a while ago. Been busy but want to get this thing going again. i fried my steering servo and thought just because it was an axial as-3.. it jitters like crazy now but was working fine... So can someone enlighten me on something. In an ESC with internal BEC... could I still have fried the AS-3? esc states... BEC output: 6V/1A but I also noticed something.. Battery: 2 cells Lipo (5-6 cells NI-xx) but I am running 3s. Someone told me about this kit they use in a wraith and said it runs great and works on 3s...i just do not remember if that person used an external bec or the internal. I am going to throw a servo in and want to get this thing going again but dont want to burn it out again... I still have to get the shocks sorted out and lid mounted.. but here is a video when it was running on 3s... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yjZhEx3vw4 |

Buy a bec! You need it 1a is not enough for most servos. Your risking burning out you esc
