You'll have to heat it or find a bearing/gear puller small enough the grab the race. Heat will risk the stator, but aluminum expands and contracts at a faster rate than steel and should allow the bearing race to fall out. The freezer would do just the opposite, the aluminum can just squeezed the bearing race tighter.

There are some Pilot Bushing/bearing pullers that might be small enough to grab the outer race, but I'm mot sure they'll reach that far into the motor.

...and I'm guessing that's one of their motors without the removable front plate.

nope front plate isn't removable...it wouldn't matter though traxxas torques all their bolts on way too tight so they strip out anyway

You might be able to run a blind hole tap in. It would bottom out against the case, and push the race out.

Thanks everyone but... what's this?

I did it! I used a small screwdriver and some light persuasion from a hammer

That looks like part of the bearing....only part of it

It's the outer race, the part that was stuck in the motor. Meaning he got it out with the small screwdriver and the "light persuasion" from his friend hammer.
