Default Potentiometer

I need to replace my pot, but all I can figure out from my searches is that I need a 5 amp(?) I know it's the black thing, but I've got no clue what I should be looking for when I search these electronic supply stores. It's a Savox servo. Can someone point me on the right direction?

A 5A potentiometer will work for up 250 watts!! Search for a 5 watt, with low ohms. More ohms means more resistance and more heat! Here's a quick search so you can see 5W: 5 watt potentiometer | eBay . Here is a low ohm 5W if you could make it work: Hum balance potentiometer 100 ohm 5 watt fits Fender .

"Yeah, 220. 221. Whatever it takes". Lol! Yeah, I guess I meant watts But I'm looking for a similar size to fit back in the case.

The pot value isn't really critical. As long as it is 5K ohms and 15K or less you should be just fine. The critical thing is finding one that will physically fit.

You aren't after a 5A or 5W pot. It might 1/4 W or 1/8 W

If you get stuck, send me a PM and I will see if I have something suitable for you.
