Default Advice on running dual ESCs with a hacked GT3C

Hello again. So I grabbed a couple Hobbywing 1080s to replace the stock dig unit in a bully. I'm looking for some tips/advice/recommendations on setting them up to run with a hacked FS-GT3C. I'm not too tech savvy but I've managed to learn how to change what buttons run what channel. So I guess I'm wondering what buttons people find the easiest to use, how to set mixing up, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
