| Hobbywing 1080 vs fusion pro
I searched a lot online and it seems that generally people are recommending the fusion pro over the brushed 1080. I am curious because the fusion only has a 40 amp esc but the 1080 is 80 amp Is the brushless that much better with half the amps? Or maybe the fusion is just perfectly teamed up esc and motor where the 1080 can be paired however |

jn case anyone is interested. i got both, and tested them on my trx4. there are more tuning options on the 1080 over the fusion pro, but just a few. the drivability is not much different though. i have the 1080 paired with a Holmes Hobbies TrailMaster Sport 550 Brushed Motor (21T). honestly, for my level of driving, i woiuldnt know there was a difference this is on a trx4 |
