ESC to 2650kv 3670 motor brushless? Trail only

Building faster trail car.
I have left over 2650kv 3670 motor that fit in my chinese cheap crawler build.
Mounted in already.

Now i need ESC.
I dont do rock crawl this. Only fast trails. No climbing.

I have found cheap 120a ESC brushless 35$ aliexpress.
Programcard 9$. I believe it is rebrand Hobbywing, first gen max10 maybe
I like to use 3s lipos from my slash.

Stock this car is slow single speed crawler.
i wish have topspeed about 10mph minium.
Fast trailrig, i like keep it stock low geared to be very strong

I have slow crawlers already. This needs to be fun, and fast. BUDGET.

Will this be decent set up for fast, fun trailing ? or total fail?
Important= Low budget extra car , fast, fun, trails only, no slow crawling

You should be good
get a 10 tooth pinion and go for it
The worst that could happen is you might get some cogging at slow speed
