| Motor mount facing front option
Just curious..Is there any benefit or detriment to running in this configuration with the 42024 top shaft that is supplied in the kit version( page 24 of the BDK manual)?.Looking through some of the build threads I don't see it mounted this way.To my eye it seems to get the weight bias more Towards the front end or does it?..Thanks

TBH I think the weight will be more rear-biased with that configuration. I think one of the reason you'd want to do this is if you have a motor that has forward timing set and want to run it (and the gearing) in that direction.

With all the pre release hype about that shaft, I honestly cannot say I’ve seen one built with one. I thought about it, but never did. Has anyone?? Hang up and Drive |
