| Hex adapters?
Anyone know of any hex adapters that fit the enduro? The 8mm Samix only adds 2mm from stock. https://www.amainhobbies.com/samix-e...-8-bk/p1151037 Looking for a lil' wider ones if anyone knows of any. |

Are you using the stock rims still? Club5Racing makes some brass wheel weights that replace the plastic disc hex at the back of the rims that the wheels bolt through. They sell them with 3mm and 6mm extension. They go for $19 and $20 for a set of two. You will also need longer bolts which they sell for like $8 (scale lugnut bolts). http://club5racing.com/rhinohub-3mm-...el-hub-6-lugs/ http://club5racing.com/rhinohub-6mm-...el-hub-6-lugs/ I'm not sure if the weights work with other aftermarket rims, though. I know they were specifically designed for the stock rims. I haven't been able to get out to a hobby store to see if the bolt holes in other rims line up with the stock ones. |

I've always wondered just how universal hexs are. Since MOST of them don't have all the specs in their listing (or even manufacture's website). I know i have the oddball... but my earlier Team Associated stuff is 3/16in (4.7625mm) axles. I've simply drilled them out when needed. I've wondered if every company uses a 3mm axle, or if they vary from 3, 4, or 5mm. Same with the 'barrel' that extends into the wheel on some. Maybe that's their version of an adapter (large bore wheel on smaller axle)? |

Thanks I'll look into the scx10 offerings. @Sherman Using Chinese aftermarket rims. Not even sure of the brand, lol. But I'm just looking to widen my wheelbase a bit, not add any extra weight, specially rotational weight. |
