Cool thanks. V2 or V3? seems like the V2's are lighter, but has bigger (less clearance) gear box. What else?

After exhaustive research....oh boy.....pandoras box. V1's on the way. Lets see how it goes, diving in head first. Lots of good build ideas out there so should be no stalling. Just decisions, decisions.

Good choice, I love mine. I've had a lot of crawlers over there years. And so far nothing has held up to the abuse like my Berg V1's with super 300's in them. I find myself laughing when I cringe at being what I used to consider bound up and it drives right out.

Since i cant seem to make a call on the chassis I was thinking about gathering up the electronics and then coming back to the mechanicals. Kind of backwards I know.
The caotic crawler and T1E chassis are looking good. Both offer their links too. Would consider a beetlejuice, but I could not find a used one afer scowering last night.
I want this build to be capable for local comps but also a good all-rounder. Need to keep things in check for that purpose. Its hard tho because there is so much of the best of the best on the forums, clouds my judgement becasue I into good stuff.

Did I mention every chassis I decide on is out of stock or discontinued. next out, next discontinued, next unavailable, next......I am not patient

I am working on rebuilding my berg. A guy on this forum reached out to me and I decided to take a bunch of parts off his hands, kind of flying blind but will see what shows up in the mail. Seems it should be good to go I hope.
