Hello, here´s my 2.2 Rig. I drove it over a Year with a Highfly Chassis , now its time to change it. - Crawlerkeller REPTILE Chassis - V1 Axles with Titanium tubes and milled Gear Cases - drilled Gears - SDS 300´s in the front , homemade TI 6mm rear - Highfly Carbon Rear Upper Link Mount - RC Bros Lockers + Lightweight Gears - Futaba BLS 172 HV - CC BEC @ 7,4V - 2 x SW Micro - Brood 35T Creep HHK ; 13T / 12T - TI Links ; upper:4mm , lower 5mm - Egressor Shocks / Losi MRC silver Springs - my own Designed Carbon Rims - Titanium Battery Holder RTR Weight: 1902gr. with 51,5gr Knuckle Weights per side you can watch the full Buildingreport(in German) HERE here are some pics Last edited by fritzthefly; 08-01-2013 at 12:41 PM. |

Battery holder is made from a 0,4mm Titanium sheet front: Gold with 6.0" Soft CI DD Foams(CompCut) without the tuning ring rear: Silver with 5.5" Medium DD FoamsCompCut) with an soft outer tuning ring It´s the first time i driving pin tires and i´m very impressed how well they work. That's nice that your club let you use windows for side panels. I tried that and the one I belong to gave me the blah blah blah.

In Germany we don't have this explicit rule, but when this rule arrived germany it´s not a big problem. The Reptile is Designed for any sort of Side Panel. 2.1.5.1.1 Hood,roof and side panels must be separate pieces of solid material installed onto the bodiless vehicle frame. here´s a quick vid from our last fun comp |
