It's looking good
I will say get the puller 500's I really like them they have low speed control and lots of pep. And from what it looks like your running a 60/40 setup and the 500's will fit without any modification.(front axle)

Crawler motors with low wind counts (13t,15t etc) are wound on a 5 segment armature, whereas a typical 30t-35t wind count is on a 3 segment armature. 5 segment arms typically have much better low speed resolution (smooth) and 3 segment arms make more power.

Build looks like it's got a good list of components. 4" shocks with a cap mod are definitely much too long. definitely look to be much to long though. Try some scx or 3.5" big bores (without a cap mod, but with DlUx standoffs)

i was thinking trying first without modify
then modify the chassis, pulling up 0,5" shock fixation points
then 3,5
to feel the difference and trying to understand reasons why

It's not hard or impossible to get low speed resolution with 3 segment arms. It can be dialed in with expo and throttle curve, but it is just much easier with a 5 segment arm.

5 segment arms also have weaker drag brakes.

Too be honest, you can't go wrong with either choice, and until you have tried both, you would not know the difference.
