Default Another rear axle shaft option for the Berg!

Nobody guessed the 3rd function of the locker! Well, here it is!

You can now use Axial SCX10 rear axle shafts, along with my new lockers and tubes (need to be the correct width) in any Berg, Dlux Replacement case or Dlux Super Lite axles.

Shafts are plentiful, lightweight and cheap. Still not as light as my 7075 shafts, but it may be worth it for you to save some money.

The axle also comes in around 3/4" narrower than a standard V1 Berg. This could be a fantastic thing depending on your needs.

I am not planning on putting these on my website as a stand alone option. If you want them, you can message me and if there is enough demand, I will put them on my site.

The whole intention of these is to make a cheaper option. I will be coupling these with my other cheaper options to make the most cost effective axles that I can. So, these will be on my website with the other options as soon as I am done with one more cost reducing part. Stay tuned!

Sorry, I dont have that info right now.

It will be maybe an ounce or two at the most more than with my 7075 rear axles. I think the SCX axles were something like .5oz or 1oz more than my 7075 axles alone? Its weird because they look so small compared. Also need to factor in the steel locker vs 7075 locker and this axle will need close to an 850 hub (along with the hex that the 7075 axles dont use) and the 7075 axles use a Delrin hub. It all adds up. Its not the best or lightest option, just the cheapest I have come up with.

If I get some time, I will get a measurement for you.
