I think the spring series will be a NPB thing, DickyT is about to have a baby, and will possibly temporarily cut back on crawling time, but hopefully will metally prepared for the summer series, cuz them courses will be 4 minutes!

All you have to do is pick a comp to be a tie breaker, very simple have rocky or some one pick numbers from a hat and tht is the tie breaker who ever won would be the winner.

I've been giving some thought to the tie break should it be needed. We will add up the scores from all the comps, the lowest combined score wins. This best reflects the series as a whole.

I still do not think there will be a tie. I will either win the comp next week wrapping up the series, or Rich will beat me by two places or more giving it to him

I did consider that, but feel the method I have chosen best represents the series as a whole. One course does not a series make.

When you beat me by two places or more it is a non issue anyway. Unless I get over the bronchitis I'm layed up with, I won't even be there.

That is a great way to tie break a single day event. In the event of a tie for a series I want the method to represent the series performance as a whole.

The tie break will be the lowest total score from all events combined.

Just beat me by two or more places ie: you win, I get third or worse, or by some fluke I beat you by one place or better and there is no need for a tie break anyway.

Or just wish me to not get over this illness and I will not be there at all and you default the win

if he put a hole lot of thought into it like he said.it's for a reason...what about the last course=time breaker? we keep track of time for something don't we? and if bill come's in 3rd wade just so happens to get 4th he and wade will tie!!

The season tie-breaker needs to be broken in a matter reflecting the series as a whole. Using one's performance on just 1 particular day is not representative of their performance as a whole through the entire series.
