To be honest with you Chris I've ben into the crawlers a year or so and I'm still learning stuff L&R, The last few builds of mine were with Dustins help getting geometry correct or better. I have found this thread that made some interesting reading, maybe it can help ?
1/10 Scale 4 Link Calculator

Just triangulate the links and experiment with lenths, worry about shocks mounts kinda last. Thats what I've done and it has worked for me so far ?
Sorry I can't offer anymore help via typing, I would need to see the problem.

I know its short notice but if anybody wants to go for a trail run tomorrow, I'll be at hammock park in dunedin around 10am. I'm flexable if anybody wants to meet earlier/later. I've made quite a few changes to my jeep that I want to try out even though its still on three wheel drive.

Thank you sir! I'll be doing the pics and video for sure. The jeep got waterproofed yesterday, so its gonna get wet tomorrow in those rocks. I'm off to finish off my mx carrier, too bad all I have to put on it is a kawi.

Sorry man, just realized I haven't responded. I had him put a panhard mount on the front. He added a mount to the back of the diff case. As you can see front and rear are much different. VERY stout. The front mount is bit odd with the square tube. My main complaint is that when mounted (I didn't take a pic and ended up doing something different) the front link mount sits well above the axle. If it were bought down a little and a flat mounting tab were used (similar to the rear), I think it would be great.

Just when I thought I was making progress. I figure out that the trailer hitch is way to low. I need to tuck it up a lot closer to the bumper. I'm still not happy with the scale of this bike either but its way closer than the one I had. My 1:1 sticks out about 8 inches on either side of my jeep, this one is not even flush.

Yes I know its crooked, I dont have a t square or any vices or clamps to hold anything. I'm gonna rip it apart and try to square it up a little better.

When I added up the cost of all the parts to piece it together vs the cost of the roller with upgrades, I bought the roller. Should have plenty of parts to play with before long.

Wow, that is a big difference. Wondering how close to scale the lexan body really is?

A Kx 80 Is about the size of that bike,in scale to your 1:1 ... If you want a 125 or 250 you' need a bigger one... Just put a figure of your kid in the pass seat, now it's a scale 80cc... cya

Home from hammock park. I gotta get my front axle fixed that little jeep couldnt hardly climb out its own way on the rocks. I did find a nice litte mud pit to test out my waterproofing, which seemed to work like a champ. Pics and video forthcoming this evening.
