| Re: Formula Offroad SCX10 - Video Glad to help. In the last photo it looks like the stock drag link is rubbing on the axle bell housing,, it's not... I got the dremel out and sorted that when doing the test fit..there's just enough clearance for it... If you don't want to attack your axle housing with a grinding wheel get Lunsford New Titanium 4mm x 122mm Drag Link: AX10 LNS8531 Sean . .. |

| Re: Formula Offroad SCX10 - Video Sorry I missed this the first time. I did have to drill a hole in the spur gear cover because the pinion shaft on the VXL is too long. You could also trim the shaft on the motor with a Dremel and cutoff wheel. |

I pushed the shock hoops to the front set of holes and found that the servo plate lined up perfectly with the back pair of holes. No drilling necessary. The BTA just didn't have enough oomph for me, so I moved it back to the standard steering setup. With the cross members removed, the servo fits right up between the rails and it gets waaaay low. No new pics. Sorry. |

Looks like you had a great time. I really like the sand geisers and the Ridgecrest looks like a lot of fun to drive. |

Thread resurrection! Been tossing back and forth buidling a wraith, Exo buggy, or Slash 4x4 (I want something with more speed/power than my scaler) But, thanks to seeing this, looks like a 2nd SCX10 is to be built Any chance you can get the latest pics re-hosted? |

I love watching formulas on tv when I catch them. Do you medal gear the axial tranny or leave it as light as possible? Great looking jeep in the videos. Tom |
