| Wraith Foff
Hi everybody!! I just bought a wraith that I am going to build into a scale trailrider. So now the old Wraith is just standing here. I live 2 km from one of the badest sandpit where they run 1.1 Foff comps (Nenset sandpit in Skien), so I am thinking about building the old Wraith into a Foff. I got 2.8 proline sand padels, Traxxas Velineon combo and Bizzare hobbies Alulink kit. Just need to buy Some robinsone racing parts for the transmission, some 2.8 wheels and shorter shocks. Does any got any tips about what kind of spur and pinion I need to run and what kind of shocks to buy. Want it to be low and fast. Here is a movie from the local Sandpit. I'm in the process of switching over to the 32 pitch gears. what i have found so far, is 20 pinion and 50 spur. I'm still waiting on USPS to bring mine so i can't give ypou any more info. Good luck. |

I've run a bunch of combos 50, 52,54 and 56 spurs 32pitch and 16-20 pinions all which are very fast. I've settled on the 54/20 combo. My traxxas system ran way to hot with the 50 and 52 spurs.....still runs hot but not damaging hot |
