The diff gears are steel, but must upgrade to the HD gears soon, before they break. All the stock running gears are holding up amazingly, pulled the diffs and gearbox apart the other night just to see how things are holding up, and not n mark or anything at all, well done axial...

Good to hear. I'm not upgrading till they break. Just had to install a RR idler gear :(
