Default Need some new drive shafts!

I took my R1 out yesterday for a good run in a local spot and finally something gave out. The drive shafts popped out twice while negotiating some obstacles. I want to buy some strong shafts to replace the sock ones. A local crawler gave me the name of a company that makes some strong metal ones but I forgot the name. Anybody have any suggestions?

the junfac ones look super soild but im a bit worried about how it joins to the transmission. its has 2 grub screw on either end which dont go all the way in, it just sits on top of the counter sunk hole where the stock one has a pin that goes all the way through. so they sit about 2-3mm into that hole not all the way in. im worried it will strip the grub screws and then ill be in real trouble!! hope you know what i mean. also im running the dig as well and the plate that is connected to the tranny has one grub that only goes in one side on the plate but ill find out soon how it works, my motor and other bit should be in in the next couple of day so maybe this weekend ill get mine running. ill post some pics later when i get home if you guys want

The Junfac shafts are fine. Nice and strong. I run them in my axial comp rig.

If you are worried about the stay pin not going through the outdrive just use the pin from the stock shafts and run it through the new shaft.

I went with the Gmade! Non of those are specific for the R1 but you can measure the stock ones and order based on the measurement.

I was popping the stock drive shafts. I installed the Junfac one's and have not had a single failure. Now I'm breaking the front outer axles

Looks like I need to get rid of the 13.5 motor

I also installed Junfac's and I've had no issues so far! I like them.
