Default RC4WD R2 Dig Transmission intall on R1

So I decided to upgrade from my normal old RC4WD R2 tranny to the R2 Tranny with Dig. Intall took a little longer than I thought. But by using the one of the unverisal junfac links for the honcho and other junfac shaft made for the r1 makes it work, since I entended the length of my R1 I have had to get longer shafts if no one read the wheelbase extension thread. So anyways, along with this intall I had to take the front cross bar off so the servo had clearence in the small cab area of the chassis. With mine being the stealth chassis I think I had a little more room to work with than those who are using the stock r1 tuber. Other than that the instal was rather simple, only thing I took most time with doing was finding the right screw length to use as a set screw for the connector of the digs dissconnect rod, and a little time tuning in the servo with the dig unit.

Overall I like what it does, I will have to get some running videos on youtube when I go out an test drive it on some things.

That's a nice piece of kit, I love the shift linkage it looks solid as a rock.

Yeah it feels pretty solid from my test runs in my living room, I think I need to upgrade to a better esc. There is a huge delay from forward to reverse and it kills me sometimes, but that is a later project. I'll probably end up waiting until it breaks to replace it.
