who did it? or who can measure some r1 axles?

I want to put R1 portal axles on my sawback 4ls.
I know it will add some width, but then again the 4ls already is wider than stock, and I'm running wideners already also.
So, what's the actual distance from the outer hex face to its opposite?

I have my R1 axles out of the truck right now, wheels off, but they're at home. When I get back tonight I'll get you that dimension.

Just measured the front axle, outside axle nut to nut is 221mm wide.

The nuts are about 5.5mm each, and the center section of the rim is probably around 2.5mm... So hex to hex would round up to 205mm.

I expected it to be wider. My current configuration is a mm wider actually.

I suppose that's it then, no more reason to hold up on the purchase ��
