Me too. Styrene bottom with super Velcro. I've got some Axial SCX sliders I'm going to mount up.

It appears that you have mounted one bar on top and one on the bottom of each axle. Is that necessary or can you mount both bars to the bottom of the axle just as long as there are two of them? This is new to me so I'm just learning. Thanks

you need one on each side to prevent it from twisting. if both are on the same side it can still twist it self up. one on each side its locked in postition

This may help make it a bit clearer

Not sure how well it works with 2 seperate links, but with a regular anti-wrap it's connected to a swing shackle on the chassis so it doesn't try and "stretch" the links when the suspension compresses

I wonder if threading the shaft on a small shock into the end of your link setup instead of a shackle would work while adding some dampening to the suspension or if it would bind? Hmm

when you have a one-pice ladder style anti-wrap bar, you need to have a swing shackle on the chassis side so they the links can move as the suspension compresses. replacing one of those 2 links with a shock would just allow more axle wrap, and would negate the effect of the swing shackle

i have some old axial links with the shock mount on them that would work great with this style link... i just dont have the room inside this cramped chassis.

i have been kicking the idea of a rear leafer-front ifs wraith around...

a couple of quick videos from today. it was cool seeing my wraith run with it and getting an unbiased review of it.

i was just getting a feel for it, i was switching between my wraith (benchmark- can clear everything) my scx 10 (average scaler, does o.k. but a 1.9 with all its inherit limits) and the wild card sawback... im very impressed with its out of the box performance. it was more capable in more situations than the scx. i wasnt expecting much due to my time with my bruiser (thought it would look cool, but get stuck everywhere) i had preconceived notions about leafers and they are gone now. i think with a decent set of shocks (got a set of powerstrokes coming) and some tuning, i think this is going to steal the spotlight from my wraith as my go-to rig

I was there and this rig just plain works. I was very impressed on how well it runs. It makes most tf2's look like a drunk elefant on roller skates. I might have to get one so yours doesn't get lonely on the trail. Really nice job.
