A Tamiya Hornet was my introduction into this hobby, as a Christmas present from my dad when I was about 13 years old. That was some 20 years ago now. I remember mowing lawns all summer to save up for my next r/c purchase, an Associated RC10. My next several purchases were Associated. Back in those days, the rivalry was bigger than Ford and Chevy. It's just one of those things you don't forget. Just like how Chevy guys will always be Chevy guys. Ford sucks by the way. (see what I mean?)

RTR?
You know I started pretty much the same way but for me and my freinds growing up it was Tamiya vs Kyosho......

Looking at the picture form the other angle ( i think on page 7) that is the same battery that comes with all the losi 1/18 scales othe rhtan the mini-t. SO i am thinking it is a 1/18. And look at the email that everyone got, equipped with a appropite sized servo ( or somethign liek that) so i think it is a 1.18. But either way i dotn care, knowing losi it will be a good car. I can't wait for tommorwo morning

Outstanding - 1/18th scale - Interesting... not what I was hoping, but very cool. An 1/18th crawler will really make for some challenging crawling.

Very nice.
