I'm wondering the same. I sent an email to them about my now-broken little rig about 5 days ago and no reply. Who did you guys contact? consumerservice@funrise.com?

Hmm....lets see now, 3 phone calls and sat through 3 15 minute long waits to get their voice mail. I have left 3 voice mails with my phone number and the S/N of my Jeep and Also sent them an email last Friday and I have still not been contacted to replace my broken Jeep.

Yeah I know, Whaaaaa!!! Real BS if you ask me for a toy that lasted all of 20 minutes on it's first time using it before breaking. $150 down the toilet.

i think their support was crap. two voicemails left, email sen. all over a week ago. not a single response. plus i called many times and stayed on hold forever or it just went straight to voice mail. i said screw it eventually and took the truck back and got my money back. i dont even kow if the time i spent driving it was even worth the hassel of it all.

Well after a couple more tries yesterday, I still got nowhere and just more pissed.
Today my wife tried and also got the same voice mail runaround. Finally she decided to try a trick she saw on the news where you start pushing buttons during the call and after pushing the # key a few times she got through to someones desk and they picked up. They then transfered her to CS and they took care of it. I should have an updated chassis in the mail soon. (i hope)

Try the # key during your call and see if it will help you get through to a live person.

Good to hear you got that settled and i can say the same thing :-P

I called right when they open and someone answered right away. They took my name, addy and phone and will send a complete upgraded chassis minus tires/body/battery in two weeks. Great!

I finally got a reply back from the email. One thing I dont quite understand is that they are asking for an "Item Number"????
Is that the serial number? I put those serial numbers in on the first email along with my name and address.

I don't know about an "item number", but my wife was Never asked for the Serial number that is on the Jeep, just for our address. That would lead me to believe they are going to get taken advantage of by people who either don't really own one or want to order multiple replacements. Oh well, as long as I get my new one and it lasts Much longer than 20 minutes this time.

BTW, I still have Not gotten a reply to my week old email.

I recieved another e-mail today. I sent my Serial number to them, and they replied saying my "item" should arrive within 7-10 business day. I'm still not sure what my "item" will be exactly, but I guess I'll find out.

I'll post results around the 20th.
