More work! Set the bender up outside, and began bending the rear upper frame. It's symmetrical to the front.   Mocked up on the rear:   In case you're wondering what's going on in the background- Bug's Volvo C304 6x6 is getting a Mercedes 617 Turbo Diesel!   Here's the upper frame cut and fit together with inserts:  Here's the upper turned upside-down with the lower chassis sides mocked up. We fish-mouthed the side to connect with the upper chassis, but I didnt take any pics.  Not bad for a saturday! Next up is buying shocks and the rest of the link hardware, and Bug will get some tubing for the links! Thanks for looking. Ryan & Bug |
