Nice job guys.. Lotta work, but looks great.. Are you going to concrete any rock into it yet or just get the base set up first, then concrete rock in?

I wish I had a local hobby shop that knew what a rock crawler is.

We have put some rock in it , we'll put some in tonight , and then alot of free rock place around it.

I'm gona take a shot in the dark and say Damon's gona have about $500 in it by the time its done. He has yet to buy the rope for the bridges , the plexiglass for the overhead turnaround , the paint to make it look like real rock , and there are a few other things up my sleeve too

I really want to thank everyone for their comments and praise on this project , it means alot to me.

Ohh yea , fixed the mixer this morning , we back in buisness pouring tonight again.

I got a little preview this afternoon. Crack against the wall is doable. The main crack is damn hard, didn't get up it yet.

I know that your not pros I'm just trying to help. If you were pros you would be using stucko. It has polymers and is lighter. Also would be faster to work with and it spreds better. So There wasn't any need for that reply. I now that your hart and soul is into this and it shows. The hard work will pay off and many will come to play. Keep up the hard work and some day I hope to see in person.

So I upgraded everything I got to get Photobucket going again , here are the pics from last night.

We even had the boss man mixing mud for us

The boss is a trooper , still mixin

Ant this is for all of you that don't think this is hard work.

We'll do some finishing of the ledges and vertical slopes tonight , I'll get some pics from a-far to show the size.
I wish we were "pro's" at this , or had a truck load-o-cash to have someone do it all with stucco , we would be done by now. Its coming along nicely.

Next phase will be to sweep it off good , then start laying down some flat paint on it , earth colors , I think I'll airbrush some tire tracks , like you see in the Moab pics , just a track of black rubber marks. Then start on the bridges.

Stay tuned folks
