RTI = (distance traveled up the ramp / wheelbase) * 1000 tires at trail pressure, shocks connected, driving as straight onto the ramp as possible, whole tire on the ramp example - (80" up the ramp, 80" wheelbase) * 1000 = perfect 1000 RTI by lowering some air pressure in the tires, or not keeping the whole tire on the ramp, can help with RTI, but it's kind of cheating. |

well 20* or 35*, the scores should work out to be the same anyway. You would go up 9" on a 20* ramp, but turn around and only go up 7" on a 35* here are some other scores from 2 yrs ago What's your RTI score?

Bingo. With the amount of flex we get with the RCs a 20 degree ramp isn't ideal. After seeing Dave's ramp I built my own...at 35 degrees as well.
