|  Tamiya CR01 Land Cruiser Charity Raffle - Winner announced!
Winner Announced! RC Soup Children’s Miracle Network Raffle 2011- Winner Announced!!!! | RC Soup Hey guys, I wanted to share this with you (I did get permission from a Mod first). Our blog site is raffling off a Tamiya CR01 for Children's Miracle Network. ALL proceeds go to the charity. Tamiya, Venom, RC4WD, Cow RC, AJS Machine, HobbyPartz and a few others all helped us make this one heck of a prize package.. over $800 worth of r/c stuff. Tickets are just $5 each or 5 tickets for $20. We're only taking payment by check/MO, actually made out to the charity itself.. so there's no way we're ripping anyone off here. Paypal hates raffles, and we figured it best to do it this way. A Miracle Child from CMNH will actually be drawing the winning ticket on Dec. 15th. If tickets sell out quicker than that, we may be able to move that date up. (only 500 tickets available). Does nobody like the CR01? Nobody wants to help kids? This is for a good cause, and the rest of the prize package (lipo, charger, cow mat, AJS stand, etc are all worth the price of admission alone).. Don't think we've have one entry from RCC yet.. Let me know if there's something we can do to make this more enticing. |

We've sold another 50-75 locally on top of that. A few Local Hobby Shops are helping us sell tickets, not really sure how many they've sold yet. Slowly approaching the halfway mark. Remember, all of this goes to charity. For those who absolutely hate checks/money orders/snail mail... I AM willing to take paypal if you: 1. Send it as GIFT, so no fees are taken out... 2. Mention NOWHERE in the payment that it's for a "raffle" just fill out the form as you would for mailing a payment.. then reply to our email that you'd like to use paypal.. We're trying to REALLY limit this to a few people.. so please only request paypal if it's your only option. Thanks again to everyone involved! | |
