Looks like my original plan of mounting shocks and springs seperately and vertical ain't gonna happen. I get about an inch of uptravel flex when the springs are mounted straight up. Had to use the stock "fake shock" inside the black savage springs so they didn't fold and bend at flex. I planned to put the shock right behind the spring but so much for that. I guess i'll just inboard them a little. The 4-link works superb though, but in need of a trackbar BIG TIME. I can tap the side of the jeep and the whole chassis will shift to the side. I just may fab one very similar to the tj and stick it on there. Last edited by muddeprived; 06-16-2006 at 10:05 AM. |

strange cuz my camera only takes 800x600.....wtf. Oh well, i reduced the size with photoshop. I forget where it's at but there's a thread that states where to purchase the threaded rod ($2 or something) and the end links are from a traxxus truck. Look for turnbuckle ends. This is where i bought my rod ends: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHGB7&P=M There's a 24 pack somewhere on that site and that's what i got.
